Returns & Refunds
Clear, fair, and handled with care.
World Class Fashion allows return requests to be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Eligible items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging. Returns are initiated by contacting our support team prior to sending any item back.
What is your return window?
What items are eligible for return?
- Unworn and unused
- Returned with original tags attached
- In original packaging
How do I start a return?
How long do I have to ship my return?
Once a return request has been approved and return instructions or a prepaid return label have been provided, the returned item must be handed to the shipping carrier within 7 calendar days of the return authorization.
If tracking does not confirm that the return package was handed to the carrier within this period, the return authorization will expire and the return may no longer be accepted.
Any prepaid return label provided by World Class Fashion will also expire after 7 calendar days and cannot be used after the return authorization has expired.
Requesting a return within the 14-day return window does not extend the time allowed to ship the merchandise back.
Who pays for return shipping?
When will I receive my refund?
Are any fees non-refundable?
The following charges are non-refundable:
• Original shipping fees
• Import duties, customs charges, and applicable import taxes
For U.S. orders, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and charged separately at checkout in addition to the merchandise purchase price. These amounts are used to pay the applicable import charges associated with the importation of the order.
For merchandise that has already been imported and delivered, import duties, customs charges, applicable import taxes, and original shipping charges are not included in the merchandise refund.
Refunds issued by World Class Fashion apply to the eligible merchandise purchase price, less any applicable return shipping or other deductions permitted under this Return Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Refused Shipments & Forced Returns Policy
Refusing a package at delivery does not qualify as a standard, authorized return. For destinations where import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient upon arrival, refusing delivery or refusing to pay applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges does not constitute an authorized return.
If an international shipment is returned to us because the recipient refused delivery or, where applicable, refused to pay import duties, taxes, or customs charges due upon arrival, it will be treated as an unauthorized forced return. We reserve the right to deduct the full cost of the original shipping, return shipping fees charged by the courier, and any customs or carrier handling charges associated with the return from the final refund
