You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted outside this window may not be eligible for return.

Who pays for return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
Are any fees non-refundable?

Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled according to our Return Policy.
